Yes! pet’s are welcomed, however, we do required all pets be in a carrier. There is an additional clean up fee for excessive pet hair.

There are currently no wheelchair accessible vehicles in our fleet, but we are partnered with other companies that is able to assist. Give us a call at 346-262-9702 and we will help you achieve your transportation goals.

Currently we do not have a Spanish speaking chauffeur. It is our goal to accommodate this need. If you know someone that is wanting to become a professional Chauffeur, please refer that person to us and we will prepare them to be the best after a vigorous screening process, drug testing, background testing and training.

A 30% security deposit is charged at the time of booking (unless booked online) Cancellations made inside of 48 hours prior to service, will be charged in full. While these charges are non-refundable, under some circumstances they can be applied to a future service. Contact us for more information.24

Your chauffeur will be holding an electronic sign with your name in the Baggage Claim area. Our personalized “meet and greet” is a welcoming addition to our service after a long flight. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur please call (346) 346-2629702 and an associate will be happy to assist you.

Rest assured that if you are on the same flight there is no reason to call, our dispatch office monitors all arrivals and update accordingly. Please call if your flight gets canceled to give our dispatcher the new flight or if you miss your flight. Our chauffeurs check all flights for delays or earlier arrivals.
